The flat has 2 generous size bedrooms, an open-plan living/kitchen area, a big enough balcony, laundry room and bathroom with shower and bathtub.

The room is about 4mt x 3 mt and fit comfortably a queen size bed, wardrobe and drawers and possibly a desk. The room has a very big window and is always filled with light.

I am a 29 years old professional (IT) working from home. Originally from Italy, I've been living here for the last 2.5 years. Non smoker, happy to socialize but I'd like a quiet environment at home.

I have my desk in the living room, but I am out after 6pm with sport/social commitments. I am very into the outdoors, and tend to spend most weekend away.
