Fair Day is a day out at Victoria Park, is the firt even before the Mardi Grass and it's organized by the same people!... There're heaps of enterteinment activities and live bands... It's huge and I'm more than ready to go this year, but I was thinking that maybe if we go as a group it could be fun, and it's an opportunity to meet you all!!! We’re organising a picnic for under 40s for Fair Day so if anyone wants to come they'll be more than welcome – it’s just a casual picnic and a chance to meet up. We’re meeting up at 11:30am and we’ll be somewhere between the pool and the duck pond/lake (ie on the Sydney uni side of the lake). Come along to meet some new people as well as wander through the stalls. There are food stalls at Fair Day so all you need to bring is yourself! (And maybe a rug, although we’ll have a few.) Look for the umbrella with spots (which will hopefully be decorative and not needed for rain protection!). Don’t be shy – we’d love to see you there!
