Ever wanted to try soccer or been meaning to get back into those boots? 2012's the season! The Flying Bats, Sydney's very own (and very social) lesbian football club, is recruiting new members and reminding returning players that it's almost registration time! We'll be out and about on King Street, Newtown on JANUARY 14 and 21 spruiking our wares, so come on down and say hi. Failing that, there's always our Batstralia Day Picnic on JANUARY 26. For those of you who don't need convicning, you can register online from JANUARY 9, just hit up our website for the details and join our mailing list. Too easy!

I would LOVE to play, but what skill level are we talking about? I've never played on a team, and I am certainly not a natural..but I'm keen to learn! :)

hi jen! we cater for all levels, the top right through to people who have never played before, so experience is most certainly not an obstacle, and the new players always seem to have the most fun. we start training week after next (8 feb) and will be at fair day (12 feb) so please come along and meet some of us.
