The flat is on very quiet end of Marrickville, with the Cook river cycleway/running path at just your doorstep. Train station is 10 minutes walk away and bus stop to Newtown/Enmore and city just 30 seconds away...

The flat has 2 generous size bedrooms, an open-plan living/kitchen area, a big enough balcony, laundry room and bathroom with shower and bathtub.

The room is about 4.5mt x 3.5mt and fit comfortably a queen size bed, wardrobe and drawers and possibly a desk. The room has a very big window and is always filled with light.

Apologies for the pictures, the old flatmate is leaving and the room/house is a dumping ground at the moment!

I am a 29 years old professional (IT) working from home. Originally from Italy, I've been living here for the last 2.5 years. Non smoker, happy to socialize but I'd like a quiet environment at home. I have my desk in the living room, but I am usually out after 6pm with sport/social commitments.

I happily do not own a TV, very into the outdoors and tend to spend most weekends away.

Ideally looking for a 30+ with full time 9 to 5 job - sociable, tidy and easy going - lesbian or gay friendly, which doesn't smoke and is independent.

I won't be home this weekend, but I'm happy to have ppl over to have a look from Monday - available all days/time really - just text/email to arrange.
