So I will prefix this by saying I am a straight male, so if I ask any dumb questions in this thread blame it on my gender

So a certain lady friend of mine is getting very depressed about trying to find love in the lesbian 'scene' - in particular with the clique politics and 'baby dykes' (and after going out with her and experiencing a few things I don't blame her). She's only had one experience with lesbian social groups outside of the night scene and every lady there was twice her age, which is understandably frustrating for a late-twenties attractive butch! She says she doesn't know of any other groups which I find most unlikely in the gay capital of the world. So if anyone could help point her in the right direction it'd be fantastic!

awwww poor girl... seeing over 100+ views on your post but no replies, i'm thinking it's because you have no photo + you "prefixed" this post as "I'm a straight male" ... lol. reading a bit more, girls here are honestly really nice, and if she'd add herself here instead of using her male friend, and then just go join those forum outings, she'd find new friends quicker than the words "lick me!" can come out of her mouth

JMac... What a nice friend you are! I hear you but also agree there seem to be some nice things that get organised through this site, even though i havent attended any myself... There's always people willing to meet new friends- i'm one of them
