Hi ladies!!

Sorry i have been MIA recently, I will try post more often in the forums from now on, i would love to do a dinner to meet all the new girls sometime.

ANYWAY what i'm posting about is a freaken awesome website i found. Forgive the spam but seriously i think you will thank me later.

It's got brand name makeup at amazing prices and its all free postage. Plus you get bigger discounts the more you buy, and loyalty discounts too.

After loads of internet research to see if it was legit (does anyone else use vogue forums to research stuff?*) i decided it seemed good**. I was at my friends house for dinner and excitedly told her about my discovery, and it turns out she has been using it for over a year, loves it and buys all her makeup/skin care/hair stuff on there.

My fav eyeliner (which is clinique 'cream shaper' in 'egyptian' because the color suits me better than black) is usually $32 and now i can get it for $18. Their 'dramatically different moisterising gel' (LOVE IT) is usually around $75 and on this site its around $40! I know a lot of you wont find this as exciting as i do, but i'm sure a few of you must!

Oh and all the prices are in AUD incase you are wondering

strawberrynet.com

*If you ever are wondering about anything, literally anything (pillows, beds, makeup, electronics, basically any consumer type product) look it up on the vogue forums and you are almost guaranteed to find a bunch of women comparing/analysing/discussing said product.

**apparently there was one instance of fake mac lipstick, but the site didnt realise it was fake and refunded anyone who bought it and then took the products off the site. Also a couple of people have reported getting dried up mascara - but again it was always refunded.

Also while we are on the topic of makeup, anyone using mineral foundations? I'm using nude by nature which looks amazingly airbrushed and i love it, but the colors are kind of limiting (i'm half way between light and medium) so i'm looking for some advice on a new brand.

bare minerals is pretty amazing! colour range is betetr, still looks airbrushed. but i always felt a little more 'made up', like thicker make up;... even though its still a powder!

strawberry.net is the best!!!

I've heard good things about strawberry.net! How long does the shipping usually take?

I haven't bought anything from there yet but will try one day when I need to replenish my stock haha

Just checked out the website.

Wow pretty, pretty good.

My YSL Parisienne 90ml only $86...

But my fav Bobbi Brown Gel is not on sale :(

I'm actually impressed with the perfume collection...

They even have my fav Chanel Chance... Most retail perfume outlets don't have it... Shows this place is genuine...

:)

I just bought a HUGE haul of stuff (I've been waiting for them to restock my eyeliner). I literally put the order through 5 min ago so i will let you know when it gets delivered.

Kate - I've looked at bareminerals but it's too expensive for me to risk buying the wrong shade online. I've just ordered some samples of everyday minerals cos they are pretty cheap, so even if i get the shade wrong i havent wasted too much money.

i shopped at strawberrynet.com a couple of times.. the shipping is really fast and it's free !.. love that site.. i'm not really interested in mineral make up.. they seem lack to me, you know, because of the mineral ingiredients stuff.. i heard physician's formula is good.. they have it in priceline..

btw, shipping takes around 1 minute to sydney.. they ship from hong kong..
