I'm looking for a flatmate to share my fully furnished 2 bedroom unit in Stanmore /Enmore. The room is available in 2 weeks or asap, it is large , unfurnished, with mirrored built ins and a large window. $210 with 6 weeks bond. Floorboards through out the unit. Bills to be split quarterly. Its a 5 min walk to cafes and buses to Enmore Rd and Stanmore train station, a 15 min bus ride into the city or 10 mins on a train.

Im a neat & tidy 26 yr old female art student,i like to recycle & host couch surfers from time to time, I usually have a few people over for dinner or drinks a few nights a week but other than that I need someone who is peaceful and quite since I need that space to study, although Ill be on uni break in a few weeks I can get a bit slack with some of the chores (dishes i hate dishes!) but as long as the common areas are relative tidy then thats ok.

Smoking is ok on the balcony but not inside.

Im looking for a female in their 20's or 30's who has her own life but can also hang out from time to time. I'm looking for someone to stay for a while not just 6 months. Someone who can respect space.

I got rid of my TV 6 months ago and I love it.
