We are a friendly and easy going couple (age 25).  We are currently looking to rent out the second bedroom of our Balmain Shores apartment to an easy going professional female. 

The place is fully furnished including all kitchen appliances and your bedroom furniture (consisting of a single bed and desk – if required).

Bonus:

1. you would have your own bathroom

2. the apartment has waterviews

3. it has resort style facilities including gym, sauna and pool

4. it is close to shops, restaurants and a 1 min walk to bus stop.  (7 minute bus ride to the CBD)
