Hey Sapphic members,

Hope you're all well and loving the rain as much as I am.  I wish I had gumboots and a raincoat so I could splash in the pudddles but I'm pretty sure that gumboots make me nauseous.

Aside from that, the point of this post is an attempt to find like minded people...I have been talking a lot lately to friends who identify as genderqueer, we all debate and discuss and cry and laugh over meanings and explainations of the "label" but ultimately we agree that we do not identify as either male or female and never have. So i wanted to see if there is anyone on this website who feels the same way. I like using these forums but sometimes it's just not enough and I want to hang out, in person with people who feel the way I do. I like coffee and beer and movies and the beach and all the normal things that people like to do, so if you read this and think you might be interested in talking or hanging out or both, ;et me know and maybe we can organise a meet up.

So, my ideal world is post-gay and post-gender, but that’s just because I have an aversion to the polarising effect labels so often have. Essentially though, when labels are required, ‘pansexual’ and ‘genderqueer’ do the job.

I don’t have any friends who ID as genderqueer, so I am totally down with a meet up. I like coffee, picnics and playgrounds, but not so much beer and not so much beaches in winter.
