Sooo, I have absolutely no campus life WHATSOEVER in regards to societies and whatever else I'm missing out on.  Sooo, I was just wondering if anyone here has joined this society and ya de ya de yaaaa, what it's like, fuck I'm tired.

Walked into the Queer space the other day, I won't lie, I felt like dying.

Hahah, damn, being a 3rd year I decided that it was finally time I ventured into there.  So out of place.  SOOOO VERY out of place.

Apparently shades is holding something on the 18th of March at Hermanns?  I still think the SapphicSydney drinks idea is ace though (Y)

Ohhh, now I know understand why they called the UTS Queer Collective Shapes. I wish I went to USYD now. I'm way too scared to go to the UTS queer space.

oh oh oh i got o sydney uni too =).

i agree that queer space is shit box. scary, intimidating, unfriendly. usuall the door is closed and the fact that it is down the stairs, shunted away in the rectum of the campus. it's dirty and smelly and i hate it.

so

i would be extatic if there was a SS meet up sometime during the week.  I have a lot of spare time at uni where i am just hanging out. i don't have many friends at uni and am not involved in uni life but i would like to be, even if it was just to have a few friends to meet for coffee/lunch/kick a ball/have a beer.

If there isn't a particular day/time organised, then I am free and willing to hang out at uni on; Tuesday from 12-1 (lunch?) or after 2 (beer?), wednesday 12-4 and after 5, Thursday 12-1 and after 5.

anyone want to hang out any of those times, let me know.

Also Jess, If you are free any of those times, I'd be happy to hang out, even if you go to UTS lol.

Oh, not why per se. Just... there was some mention about yes-we-know-it's-similar-to-the-Sydney-name-but-whatever. It doesn't matter.

libby, i've never checked it out or been in before, but i have a feeling it's in the manning building, either on the ground or first floor? someone correct me if i'm horribly wrong...i know they've renovated that area so things have been shuffled, but if you find manning, you're already off to a great start!

The women's space is in Manning, but queer space is downstairs in the Holme building (just off the courtyard).
