Ok so i just watched it (finally!!) and WTF!!! It was soo... cut short! 

who killed jenny?

do bette and tina adopt max's baby?

what happens with the video jenny took of bette "cheating"?

do helena and whats her name break up? and does she have a drinking problem?

Whhhy did they have to do this to me?? im so disapointed!

Claire- I totes couldnt read that post as I haven't watched the L word in maybe... 2 years?

I think we should all get together have a marathon or something so I can get up to date lol

They did it to all of us - annoying eh?

who killed Jenny?  with a tormented soul like hers, perhaps she killed herself?

They were supposed to answer all these questions in the spin-off. 

Apparently Alice gets pegged for the murder and the spin-off was just going to be about her being in jail and sch-tuff. But showtime canned the idea. 

It was a TERRIBLE Series finale.

Shame on you, Ilene.

Yeah i think that was a really manipulative thing to do on the creators part. Basically saying "i wont answer any of your questions unless fox accepts my new show". Obviously she was just trying to put pressure on fox, but thats not the way to make a successful show!

The script-integrity of the show just died in the ass after season 4. And when they were like "We'll listen to the fans more!", you know they were doomed. You can't keep the storylines pure and organic if you're listening to all the ridiculous whims of the audience. 

Jenny and Shane getting together was an example of this...Oh my gawd. That was ridiculous. 

OH and the COMPLETE personality transplant they gave Jenny...You compare season one Jenny to season 5-6. Totally different character. Which is a shame because I used to really love her!  

 Bahaha

here's what i think;

the whole L word thing was suppose to be jenny's story; 

therefore, in the series finale she must die.

Ilene Chaiken KILLED JENNY SCHECTER! 

from season one; remember? she moved in with Tim. and she discovered the whole new world of lesbianism.

i hope Naomily won't disappoint me the way L word did.  

well...probably they will film a movie to answer all of your questions in couple years, just like Sex and The City, so Claaah, don't forget to write them a letter to let them know your questions, lol

lol if you visit afterellen  they did an interview with ilene  and the interviewer asked some of the same questions asked here and ilene  gave a little hint about making the movie, she also mentioned having a reality show the real L word LA

Really? that was the ending!? Just watched it - so many emotions - mainly plain anger to ilene - as if you would end an otherwise brilliant series like that!!

I heard that Ilene doesn't actually know who killed Jenny, that she never wrote the ending even if we weren't going to see it. I guess she was just going to figure it out later if 'The Farm' got picked up.

We just spoke with J-Beals / Bette Porter and she said the whole cast are open to coming back for a movie, so I really hope it happens!
