It has come to my attention that many people who bought tickets to the L Word Convention have not recieved their refunds. If you are one of these people please contact me.

This sucks! It was a bit of a worry seeing a new company handling their own ticket sales. That's why it's good to use a third party ticket seller, because it gives the purchaser piece of mind knowing that the promoter hasn't spend their money before the event and that a refund is in the hands of a separate company should the event be cancelled.

I'd say that the funds are most likely already spent and getting a refund will be very difficult at this point. Damn shame. Sorry to hear this has happened.
