okay, well i just turned 17 last month and one thing keeps bugging me.. why the hell am i still alone in the world?! i mean, aren't your teen years meant to be all passionate and romantic, fuelled by hormones and discovering new body parts. even freaking juliet got it on with romeo and she was what...14?! not to mention, i live in the middle of nowhere. with ONE bus, that comes every hour (which i always seem to be in the habit of missing) and i probably have the worst gaydar in the entire world. there was a sweet girl a while back who constantly visited me every lunch time and brought me brownies...it wasn't until a few of my friends whispered awkwardly "uhh...dude...is she like...into you or somethin?" that i realised that, oh shit, maybe she is. and ive been innocently going along, pigging out on her brownies without even realising. anyway, long story short. i just have no idea how to meet girls. i can't even go to clubs and bars since 1. i'm underage 2. as i said before, i live in the freaking middle of freaking nowhere. so yeah. help would be nice (:

Where abouts do you live? No need for specifics but if you let me know the general area and i can do some research to find out if there are any social groups near by. Other than that... perhaps we should organise a dinner so you can meet all of us!

hello ... i totally understanding what your talking about there, i'm also 17, and while in genral i don't let my age stop me from doing things, it does stop from going to clubs, bars etc, so i know what you mean. I live in abit of a sheltered area i suppose, i seem to manage to get around fine but it does get in the way abit. Anyway, i guess that's not that much help, but hey, your not alone
by the way...i thought teenage years were meant to be for heart break, trauma and petty love

Hey menu, I'm in your area :-) There's more of us than you (or I) think. In my case, it seems most move away when they get old enough lol. I've wanted to get something going in our area for a while, don't know if it'll happen but if I find the time that'd be cool :-)
