We are a couple, (1 oz 1 italian) sick of sharing the house with irresponsible, filty and inconsiderate people!

Weare ready to start up a new sharehouse in the new year (jan/feb),ideally 2 bedrooms, max 3 bedrooms.

Newtown area, the house has to benear a station, and be nice and with a courtyard.

We are reallyclean, easygoing, non party animals, both professionals (27/30),smoking outside, enjoy a chat and some ppl over for a bbq or fewdrinks.

Looking for like minded person. Couple welcome. Gay guys welcome. Ideally 25/40 years old.

Rent would be $ 180/220 for a single room and $ 230/300 for a double.

We will be choosing the house together, after couple of meetings to see if we get along.
