Sapphic Sydney

Sapphic Sydney was created with the aim of strengthening Sydney's lesbian & queer female community by connecting women & providing easily accessible information on lesbian events, activities and community news in Sydney.

We aim to be a friendly and inclusive service which embraces all types of queer including lesbian, bisexual, transgender or any other type of not-so-straight (including women who are curious or simply queer friendly).

Our Sydney lesbian events listings make it easy to find out what is on and when in just a few clicks and includes not only lesbian nightlife & scene events but also other interesting events and activities including art, theatre, sports, concerts, festivals, camping trips, and anything else relevant to lesbians in Sydney.

Our online community offers a friendly introduction to the Sydney lesbian/queer community for lesbians who have recently come out, who are new to Sydney, or who are simply looking to meet new people. Membership is 100% free and includes access to member profiles, forums and galleries.

Once you sign up you will be able to add content such as events to the calendar, announcements to the news blog, photos to the photo gallery, and posts to the forum. This site is a free promoting tool for bar and club owners, event organisers, community groups and others, as well as a free resource for other members of the community looking for information.
